Celebration Blocks

This card combines my two favorite companies - CTMH Celebration Blocks stamp set, and SU Rainbow Sherbet Designer Paper. Of course I saw this sketch somewhere on Saturday. The scallops are SU punch for the white piece, and Nestabilities for the green behind the cupcake.
